in Congers, NY, approximately 1 hour north of New York City.
FM is located near major highways and with a 4 hour driving radius
of the major markets of the Northeastern USA. Rockland County
is home to many major corporate headquarters.
The local area offers the best of rural living and
a location within 15 minutes of "shopping heaven." (Three
of the largest shopping malls in the Northeast. Local industrial
neighbors include International Paper, Avon, Sharp, and Ciba Geigy.
FM's 24,000 square ft (2,230 square meters) facility
includes corporate offices, manufacturing, warehousing, and a
2,500 square ft (232 square meters) research and development
laboratory
